Automatic sonic nozzle gas meter test bench G6-100 is an equipment to test industrial gas meter, the flow range 0.06m3/h-160m3/h. It is an ideal testing equipment for gas meter factory and R&D institute.

MAIN TECHNICAL
1. Test bench accuracy: ≤ 0.5%
2. Sonic Nozzle accuracy: ≤ 0.2%
3. Range of pressure sensor: (0-100) kPa, accuracy: ≤ 0.2% (imported from UK or Germany)
4. Range of temperature sensor: 273.15-323.15K, accuracy: ≤ 0.2% (imported from Germany)
5. The test bench adopts sonic nozzle as standard meter (total 14PCS sonic nozzles inside), it can test gas meters: G6, G10, G16, G25, G40, G65, G100. Testing points (Qmax, 0.2Qmax, Qmin): 0.06m3/h, 0.1 m3/h, 0.16 m3/h, 0.25 m3/h, 0.40 m3/h, 0.65 m3/h, 1 m3/h, 2 m3/h, 3.2 m3/h, 5 m3/h, 8 m3/h, 10 m3/h, 13 m3/h, 16 m3/h, 20 m3/h, 25 m3/h, 32 m3/h, 40 m3/h, 65 m3/h, 100 m3/h, 160 m3/h, total 21 testing points.
6. Flow accuracy: <0.1%
7. Crystal accuracy: <0.01%/daily
8. The test bench can test 1PC gas meter each time
9. Working invirement:
Environment temperature: 20 degree +- 50 degree;
Relevant humidity: 60%-70%;
Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa-106kPa
10. Power supply: 380V, 50Hz
11. The testing process is controlled by PC, meters are clipped manually.
