Product Description

This device is for checking leakage of complete gas meter by charging compressed air to gas meter inside water, then observe whether there is air bladder coming from gas meter. It consist of operation desk, clip, aquarium, pressure adjuster, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for gas meter factory and R&D institute.

OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. Please connect compressed air supply to test bench by UP pipe, and adjust the air supply pressure about 0. 5Mpa through pressure-reducing valve.
2. Fill the glass box with clean water about 2/3 (suitable)
3. Press 'pressure adjustor' button to adjust a suitable testing pressure.
4. Put a tested meter to the position, then press 'clip tested meter' button to clip tested meter, meantime start charging.
5. Then press 'aquarium up/down' button to lift the aquarium and let tested meter dip inside water.
6. Then start testing and observe whether there is air bladder coming for gas meter.
7. After testing, first press 'aquarium up/down' button to put down the aquarium, then press 'clip tested meter' button to take off the tested meter.
8. Note: please avoid to clip operator's hands during tests.
